3.When Receiving

When receiving your order, please inspect the packaging very carefully and refuse delivery
if it is damaged / tampered in any way.

4.Returns

4.1.Return Period

Please note that you have 14 days to notify us
and return the undesired item. If 14
days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you
a refund or exchange.

Important: If the received items are defective or damaged, please notify us immediately.

4.2.Product Security

All our products are secured with a "Shark Tag", this is to protect you as a customer
and us as a brand against "wardrobing". WARNING: If you remove the Shark Tag
the item cant be returned or refunded.

4.3.Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused,  unwashed, unmarked,
unaltered, undamaged, free of any smells, stains/markings (ex: make-up)
and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging with all Alyona Malai item tags attached originally and any related
accessories or instructions included.

4.4.Return Shipping

Please note that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs
in order to return your item. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable
